Join us for a three days/three nights, yoga retreat in beautiful Cape May for a weekend of unparalleled both restoration and vitality. There will be yoga, access to the beach at your own leisure, nourishment for body and soul, and an opportunity to connect with fellow humans in a community of welcoming.

This retreat was created in 2023 by Hot Pocketz (Mazen + Danny + Jung) who met after bonding over their shared love of yoga, food, and bringing good people together. They wanted to create an experience-based yoga retreat that would allow fellow life lovers to spend a weekend filled with movement and joy. They combined their powers together to combine the goodness of Mazen's hosting superpowers + Danny's chef genius + Jung's yoga guidance to invite others into the harmony circle. They hope you'll join, exactly as you are!
